Alex Chomyshyn {Co-Mission} was born in Ottawa. Chomyshyn studied Visual Arts at Brock University in St.Catharines, Ontario and graduated in 2008. His art practice attempts to heal the disparate relationship humans possess with their natural surroundings.  In using a variety of mediums, he exposes how one derives power by manipulating nature. Chomyshyn lives and teaches in Burlington, Ontario.
